TUESDAYS, 6-8PM
Becoming a parent creates many changes. It changes the household, the relationship dynamic, and who we are and what is important to us.
The Bringing Baby Home (BBH) group is a research based psychoeducational workshop that is dedicated to improving the quality of life for babies and children by strengthening their families. The material is based on over 20 years of relationship research conducted by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. This is a workshop series best designed for couples who are expecting a baby as well as parents with children three years and younger.
